Federal Reserve to Unfreeze SBA Lending!
 
According to a recent article in the Business Journal, “The Federal Reserve Board announced plans Nov. 25 for a $200 billion lending facility aimed at unfreezing secondary markets for U.S. Small Business Administration loans and consumer loans.”

COBE proudly welcomes Sonoran Sky Dental to the Camelback 101 Professional Plaza. In a state-of-the-art dental facility, Dr. Thomas K. Kim has created a warm and friendly environment where patients can feel welcome and can expect to receive the highest quality dental care. Dr. Kim practices all aspects of general dentistry and patients of all ages are welcome.
Originally from Torrance, CA Dr. Kim received a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and completed his Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Southern California. After finishing dental school at the University of Detroit Mercy, he settled down in the West Valley to open his dream family dental office.
Sonoran Sky Dental is committed to providing the best dental care in a family-oriented setting. It takes a lot of trust for patients to open their mouths and let dentists work on their teeth, and Dr. Kim and his staff will make sure there are no financial or treatment surprises.
When not working, Dr. Kim enjoys time with his wife Rina and 2 year old daughter Katherine, and is highly anticipating the arrival of their second child in June. He enjoys playing and watching all sports, especially college football.
 
Drs. Carlos & Angela Lopez 
Kids Kare Pediatrics is a welcome addition to the COBE family and Camelback 101 Professional Plaza. Drs. Carlos and Angela Lopez are excited for this their sixth location and first in the west valley.  The Lopez's recently said, "With the lack of physicians in the West Valley we knew it was the best opportunity for our practice to expand, but weren’t sure which location would best fit our needs. Once we saw the location next to Loop 101 and the other physicians at Camelback 101 Professional Plaza there was no question anymore!” 
 
As Pediatricians they have as their primary commitment the provision of patient-centered care which is psychosocial, physical and spiritual in nature. Their mission is to provide individualize care to their patients, respond to their particular needs, and provide a warm, secure an encouraging environment. Together with parents they can make a difference in the future health and happiness of the children they serve.
 
The Drs. Lopez are graduates of Montemorelos University Medical School, Mexico and are fluent in both English and Spanish. They are happily married and enjoy spending time with their three boys.
