SBA Temporarily Waives Loan Fees and Raises Guarantees Up to 90%!
 
On March 16th the President announced sweeping plans to assist small businesses looking to access capital for their businesses, “economic recovery will be driven in large part by America’s small businesses, which have generated about 70 percent of the net new jobs annually over the past decade.” As a result the SBA has announced a temporary waiving of loan fees and up to a 90% guarantee on new loans.
 
This historic news bodes well for professionals looking to purchase or lease office space! Previously a 7(a) SBA real estate loan could only be guaranteed up to 75% which restricted banks desire to lend. However, with a 90% guarantee banks now have the confidence and assurances they need to keep lending during the current economic landscape.
 
Additionally, SBA loan fees could traditionally cost a borrower up to 3.75% on real estate transactions. These fees were previously a large obstacle for many buyers, but now with their elimination access to real estate financing is better than ever!

Being a part of the creative team keeps me engaged in what customers need and what trends are taking place.”   Robert has an active real estate license and Shannon has been a dental assistant for nearly 10 years. Originally from Yorba Linda, California they moved to Arizona about 7 years ago. They enjoy spending time with family, weekends at Canyon Lake, traveling, and are eagerly anticipated the birth of their first child in June.
