COBE Team - Gretchen L. Tew

With more than 16 years of experience in closing commercial and residential real estate transactions, contract and lease writing, preparation of legal documentation, title research and analysis, and coordination with outside legal counsel, Gretchen brings a level of experience that is scarcely available. She began her career in the escrow and title industry where she served as an Escrow Officer and Office Manager, then in 2000 moved into commercial real estate as the Vice President of Legal & Escrow for a local developer.  She joined COBE in January of 2006.

Gretchen's extensive legal knowledge and experience in escrow and title work is a proven asset to COBE Development.  Her attention to detail and dedication is one of the reasons Quality Has A Name™.
