COBE Team - J. Steven Beck

Steve Beck, principal of COBE Development, has over 10 years of experience in real estate development.  He has managed a variety of commercial and residential developments from acquisition to final construction in both Utah and Arizona.  Steve's background in real estate development and investment provides a strong foundation of knowledge and experience in the real estate field.

Steve obtained a BS of International Business Management from Utah Valley University and holds a current State of Arizona real estate brokers license.  He is committed to serving in the community with his active affiliation with several community groups.  Steve is a member SEVRAR, The Mesa Rotary Club,  NAIOP, National Advisory Council for Utah Valley University School of Business, Mesa Public Schools Planning and Boundary Design Advisory Committee, and The Boy Scouts of America.  He is also an active supporter of Enterprise Mentors International, building self-reliance in developing countries.
