COBE Team - J. Steven Beck

Steve Beck, principal of COBE Development, has over 11 years of experience in real estate development.  He has participated in the acquisition, sales, and development of nearly $400 million worth of commercial and residential developments in both Utah and Arizona totaling over 1.7 million SF.  Steve's background in real estate development and investment provides a strong foundation of knowledge and experience in the real estate field.

Steve obtained his Master of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University and a BS of International Business Management from Utah Valley University and holds a current State of Arizona real estate brokers license.  He is committed to serving in the community with his active affiliation with several community groups.  Steve is a member of SEVRAR, The Mesa Rotary Club, The NAIOP Public Policy Committee, National Advisory Council for Utah Valley University School of Business, Mesa Public Schools Planning and Boundary Design Advisory Committee, and The Boy Scouts of America.
